Service and Usage Agreement

**Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Agreement**

This Service and Usage Agreement outlines the terms under which Velosite Hosting (“the company”) provides services to customers and users (“the client”). By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.

1. Applicability

This agreement applies to all services provided by Velosite Hosting, including but not limited to web hosting, VPS hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related services.

2. Service Provision

Velosite Hosting strives to deliver its services to the best of its ability. We aim to provide reliable and stable services with high availability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services at all times.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

* Providing accurate and complete account information
* Keeping login credentials secure
* All content hosted on websites and servers
* Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

The use of our services for the following activities is strictly prohibited:

* Illegal activities
* Sending spam
* Copyright infringement
* Distribution of malware or viruses
* Activities that harm our infrastructure or other users

In the event of a violation, Velosite Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.

4. Network Security and Email Traffic

To protect network stability and IP reputation, outgoing traffic via TCP port 25 is blocked by default for the first 30 days after the activation of a VPS service.After this period, the block can be lifted at the customer's request, provided there has been no history of abuse, violations of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or outstanding payments.Velosite reserves the right to (temporarily) block port 25 at any time if necessary to prevent spam, abuse, blacklisting, or network disruption.The customer remains responsible at all times for all outgoing email traffic from the VPS.

5. Payments

Services are provided on a prepaid basis unless otherwise agreed. Invoices must be paid within the stated payment period. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.

6. Suspension and Termination

Velosite Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

* The client violates this agreement
* Payments are not received
* Services are misused
* Required by law

The client may cancel services in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms as stated in the client portal or contract.

7. Liability

Velosite Hosting is not liable for:

* Direct or indirect damages due to service outages
* Loss of data
* Damages caused by third parties
* Damages resulting from misuse of account credentials

The client is responsible for maintaining backups of all data unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Velosite Hosting processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Agreement

Velosite Hosting reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website or by email.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

11. Cryptocurrency Mining

Velosite infrastructure is not intended for cryptocurrency mining, mining pools, or other resource-intensive blockchain validation activities.Our services are optimized for production applications, business websites, and SaaS platforms. Workloads that excessively consume shared infrastructure resources may be restricted.
